New Holland Used Small Square Baler Parts Manual Pdf1982 NEW65, and a old side delivery. All and all I think I had 7500.00 in all and 6500 was just the tractor. Etc.it makes you money so.I started years ago with a 3020 tractor gas, n.h. So the 850 bucks on the 65 was "schooled tuition" lolONCE you find that good baler. Which has been a fantastic baler but I knew what to look for when I bought it. After that experience I learned a ton and bought a 273 at auction for 1100. When I started out years ago I bought a 200 dollar baler and spent over 850 to get it in shape. OsaydeThat's not murphy's law, it's just common sense. Yeah, you can always fix them, but the question is can you fix them in time to save the 800 bales worth of hay you've got down when the baler broke? This may sound overly simplistic, but it's easy to forget: equipment doesn't break sitting in the barn, it always breaks at the worst time possible. It's hard to find parts for. And be safeI'd recommend that you set your budget against what you THINK you can make with your effort. If you try to go in cheap, it's almost a sure thing that you will fail.As others have said - old equipment is cheap for a reason - it breaks. Good luck to you good luck. And the 273 - 1100 11 years go. New Holland Used Small Square Baler Parts How To Remedy ThatI found my NH68 for $550 and figured, if I spent $1000 on it, I'd have a decent baler, field ready, for the same price as the 273 that was the same price - unrestored.I've had some banana bale problems with my baler in our first baling late last summer, but have learned much about how to remedy that and am refreshing the plunger too. What I found was just about every one of them for sale in my neck of the woods was used and abused and wore out! The prices were going for as much as $1500 to $2500 - and then you have to spend $$$'s to get it going or keep it going. I counted the idle time setting in the barn for years as a plus. When I was looking for my baler, I wanted to get a NH 273 model. That baler was made in 19 and I suspect a ton of those balers were and are still making bales every year since they were bought new. Also - in considering the age of the baler, sometimes an old baler has been parked for YEARS! My NH68, though crazy old, set in a shed unused for about 20 years. Xbox one fortnite aimbot download free easyI should think things with JD balers only got better with the 300 series balers.Soooooo - buy as new/nicest baler you can for the $$$'s you have to spend and stick with either JD or NH (as a start) and IMHO, you can't go worng. In my younger days, I worked behind a JD 24T and it spit out the nicest brick shaped square bales I've ever seen. I also very much like the JD balers in the 300 series, i.e.
